I own a top-performing manufacturing business, but it hasn't always been that way.
At one point, I was stuck in 60 hours per week of complete survival mode. My business wasn't thriving, and neither was I. I realized that everything I wanted to change about my business started with me.
Over the past 18 years, I've transformed the business's profitability, culture, and my role as an owner.
I continue to lead my business while sharing what I've learned through coaching. I've coached mastermind groups of owners within my franchise, as well as small business owners in industries including law, technology, fitness, education, marketing, accounting, and more.
